Manage Western’s primary Internet Service Provider in residence (RezNet). Responsible for internal and external communications; including print publications, web content, and online advertising. Actively participate in departmental web projects in areas of requirements analysis, project management, content production and user interface design. Develop consistent benchmarks and measurement procedures to evaluate RezNet’s service model.
